Range: Why Generalist Triumph in a Specialized World
I consider myself a bit of a generalist and have interest in a lot of things. This book is a good reminder than diverse interest individually, as well as collectively, makes us all better.
Being a product driven engineering leader, I find myself referencing the theme of this book often. Getting teams to be focused on the problem and not the solution. This is especially important when engineers just wanna engineer.
I love this book for new CS grad who need to shift their thinking from projects to code their going to have to actually maintain

A great resource for engineers who want to advance their leadership skills and want examples of technical leadership without people management.
A quick parable about the importance of feedback. This really highlights my philosophy that high-performers deserve more attention and feedback than low-performers.
